大型可展收支撑臂模态试验研究

摘    要:大型可展收支撑臂具有低频、振动响应非线性的特性,文章对其模态试验进行了详细研究。通过有限元模型分析得到响应点和激励点的位置,采用不同的试验方法实施支撑臂的模态试验,对试验数据进行分析,得到支撑臂前6阶模态的固有频率、模态阻尼和模态振型。结合有限元方法对试验进行对比分析,表明试验结果可靠。该研究成果对太阳翼、展开天线等大型部件的模态试验也具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:A study is taken on modal test of a large deployable support beam with low frequency and non-linear vibration response characteristics. The locations of shaker and sensors are got by finite element method and the support beam modal test is actualized with different methods. The 1st to 6th natural frequencies, modal dampings and vibration modes are obtained through detailed analysis of the test results. The test results are comparatively analyzed with finite element meth- od. It is proved that the test results are reliable. The research results are essential to the modal test of solar wings and deployable antennas too.
