| Abstract: | In this paper, the functions and categories of forward looking detection and its vision system are introduced, including the various kind of detection sensors, and dealing with the integration of vision system, such as SVS, EVS and its definition. Then some recent international programs of EVS/HUD for simulation and assessment of its applications on civil aeroplane during approaching and landing are quoted. |
