| 摘 要： | 管理者收购作为杠杆收购的一种形式，已成为经济领域的一个热点问题。通过分析管理者收购的具体含义以及管理者收购在我国实施的情况，得出管理者收购在我国是可行的，并对我国企业改革具有借鉴意义，同时指出在中国目前的市场环境下实施所面临的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Studies of Management Buy-outs , as one kind of Level Buy-outs, has become a topic of general interest in the area of economy . it has been concluded that the Management Buy-outs is feasible in china and it has significant meaning to the state-owned enterprise reform,but in the present market environment there are many problems in implementing the Management Buy-outs by analysing the concrete concept and the circumstances of the implement of the Management Buy-outs. |
