摘    要:分析了难加工材料磨削弧区强化换热的机理;指出了磨削烧伤主要是由于弧区热密度达到临界点时,磨削液发生成膜沸腾无法进入弧区,热量无法疏导致;在分析现有换热方法存在的不中的基础上,提出了在磨前弧区引入径向高压水射流冲击强化换热技术开发高效磨削潜力的创新构思;创造性地设计了径向定向高压射流冲击强化换热方法和装置,该方法能有效冲破汽膜的阻挡,使磨削液顺利进进入弧区,把热量带走,取得了较好的实验结果,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:The mechanism of workpiece burn in grinding difficult-to-machining materials is analyzed. The main reason of grinding burn is pointed out. The heat can't be evacuated when heat current density reach the key point. On the base of analyzing the shortcoming of the heat-exchange method, a creative conception is set up to exploit the potenti-alities of high efficiency grinding to great extent through enhancing heat transfer of the grinding zone, a high press jet-impinging method and the equipment are designed. The method and the equipment can break through the resist of gasfilm, let grinding water into the grinding zone smoothly. So the heat is evaporated. Have achieved fine result, it has a higher value in production.
