玻璃窗拉布帘后传热系数的实验研究

摘    要:本文工作通过在室内建立的两个并排的热箱,对玻璃窗拉上内布帘后的传热系数进行了测定。实验的窗系统分为两种类型;单层玻璃拉内布帘和双玻璃拉内布帘。对于每一种类型,均考虑了布帘边缘自然松驰和帘边缘密封两种状况。通过对100%玻璃的窗系统进行实验,得出该条件下的经验关系式,然后对其进行窗框类型和环境风速影响的修正,修正后的传热系数经验公式可以方便地用于实际窗系统的瞬态传热计算。

Abstract:Two side-by-side test boxes are built to investigate the heat transfer coefficients of the glass window with inner cloth curtains. Two types of window systems are tested which are the single glazing with an inner cloth curtain and the double glazing with an inner cloth curtain. For each of them ,the effects of curtain edge sealing states on the heat transfer coefficients are also experimented. The window systems tested are 100% glass area without frames, and the experiments are performed in room . From test data empiric equations of heat transfer coefficients are derived. The revision of the effects of window frames and ambient wind velocity on them is made thereafter. The empiric equations revised can be used to actual window systems easily.
