摘 要: | 根据某型航空发动机落压比调节器的控制原理,建立压力比敏感元件的数学模型,分析了落压比调节器的滞环误差、不敏感区、灵敏度等影响参数。分析结果表明:πr值偏离故障是由薄膜灵敏度太差和反馈弹簧力值偏小造成的。

Abstract: | Based on the control principle of an aeroengine nozzle pressure ratio regulator, a mathematical model of pressure ratio sensor was established. The parameters including hysteresis error, insensitive region and sensitivity of nozzle pressure ratio regulator were analyzed. The analysis results indicate that the failure of πr departure result from bad film sensitivity and small spring force value. |
