| 摘 要： | 制造企业的核心部分是生产组织管理，而库存管理是生产组织管理和资金管理中非常重要的方面，库存是制造企业的一项巨大投资，控制库存成本对于企业具有重要的意义。在依据常用的库存管理模型的基础上，提出一个新的带有库存租赁费用的优化模型，并利用具体数据进行了实证分析，验证了模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | The core management for manufacturing enterprises is the production organization,in which inventory management is a very important part.Since inventory is a great investment for manufacturing enterprises,it is of great significance to control inventory cost for their fund management.Based on the common inventory management model,this paper puts forward a new optimization model with leasing fees of inventory and verifies its effectiveness through the empirical analysis by specific data. |
