多级液氢泵级间导叶的设计与改进

摘    要:采用径向导叶的液氢泵的试验结果表明,导叶损失大,导致液氢泵效率低。提出了一种液氢泵流道式导叶的设计方法,并针对某液氧泵设计了级间导叶,试验结果表明,设计方法合理,降低了级间导叶的损失,提高了液氧泵的效率。

Abstract:The results, which obtained by using radial diffuser, show that due to the high loss through the diffuser, the efficiency of the liquid hydrogen pump is lower. The author proposed a design method for continuous channel diffuser of liquid hydrogen pump, and designed a interstage crossover for a liquid hydrogen pump. The testing results indicate that, the loss through the interstage crossover is reduced and the efficiency of the pump is improved.
