分子凝结与凝结表面温度的关系机理研究

摘    要:飞行器所用大量非金属材料在轨道环境下将发生出气逸出行为。逸出的分子极易沉积凝结于光学系统表面或其它敏感表面形成分子污染,且这种分子凝结行为的量级与附着强度和凝结表面的温度有最为直接的关系机制。本文基于近年对此关系机制的相关理论研究,并藉助新近研究的“分子污染低温凝结效应设备”,就我国飞行器型号设计密切相关的分子凝结与凝结表面温度的关系机制进行了四个月余的试验研究,取得了相关的二千余个数据。在此基础上,结合相关的理论对数据进行了拟合和分析,得到了分子凝结与凝结表面温度广泛遵循的一般关系——指数关系。对型号设计而言,此结论具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Molecular condensation contamination from outgassing behavior of non-metal materials of spacecraft will cause some problems.For the optical and sensitive surfaces in lower temperature state the problem is especially serious and dangerous,because the condensation quantity will increase as the decreasing of the surface temperature.To look for the mechanism upon the relationship between molecular condensation and sensitive surface temperature,tests and researches are being taken and more than 2000 data have been gotten.The analysis on the data show that the relationship between molecular condensation and sensitive surface temperature observe exponential law.This result is important and with reference value.
