| 摘 要： | 针对知识管理在知识共享、搜索、交流和管理等方面的需求,分析了现有知识管理系统采用的检索技术中存在的不足,介绍了一种能够理解、分析并能回答自然语言提问的问答式信息检索技术.该技术可以作为目前知识管理系统中传统信息检索的替代技术,更好地服务于知识共享、搜索、交流和管理.

| Abstract: | Focus on the demand of knowledge-sharing,searching,exchanging and management of knowledge management,we pointed out some deficiencies of retrieval method now in using of knowledge management system,and introduce the question answering technology which can deal with natural language query.This technology can be used as the alternative of current information retrieval method to make knowledge management more efficient. |
