| 摘 要： | 通过对定时试验方案和序贯试验方案两类统计试验方案的分析,指出它们均吸收对方的优点,其差别仅为定时试验方案保持拒收责任故障数不变。由于序贯试验方案(定时截尾)的判决对"订购方与承制方"均是公平的,故建议采用,并给出方案如何选取。同时指出,试验结果的评定中,点估计验证区间的上、下限系数与试验方案无关。表明,GJB 899-1990中的表A7与表A8适用于所有技术状态不变的产品可靠性试验结果的评定。

| Abstract: | By analyzing two kinds of statistical testing plans,sequential test plan and fixed-duration test plan both adopt each other’ s advantages,their distinction is only that reject chargeable failures number is unchanged in the fixed-duration test plan.Because the decision of the sequential test plan（fixed time trun-cation） is fair to both contractors and consumers,it is proposed to use.The conditions and approaches of selecting the statistical testing plans are given.Meanwhile,it was pointed out that the interval upper and low limit coefficients of point estimation are independent of testing plans.Thus,the tables A7 and A8 of the GJB899 are applicable to the assessment of reliability test result for products that their technical condi-tions are unchanged. |
