| 摘 要： | 本文用模拟方法时7种国内外公认较有效的启发式作业排序方法进行了评价,并提出了一种优化结构。建立了求解作业排序问题的软件包PLSP,并用于前喃机械厂5条成组生产线的怍业顺序安排中,所得结果比较满意。

| Abstract: | In this paper, seven effective heuristic methods of sequencing jobs are compared and evaluated using simulation method, and an optimising structure is proposed. Then these heuristic methods are improved by the optimizing structure, PLSP-a software package to solve the problem of sequencing jobs is built.PLSP has been used to sequence the jobs on five GT production lines in Qian Shao Machinery Factory, the results are proved to be satisfactory. |
