| Abstract: | "School voucher",a kind of basic educational system,is the product of deepening reforms of the investment system of basic education.It is beneficial to the government and school to change its function,and it is also the basic guarantee of the rights of educatees and investors.Therefore,we must insist on the following principles to perfect the operational mechanism of school voucher: balancing the relationship between market and education,overall development and gradual improvement. |
