航天发射场故障失效分析案例研究

摘    要:
随着现代航天产品日趋复杂,失效分析工作也日益受到重视.本文通过美国肯尼迪航天中心的有效载荷箱钢轨、避雷系统铜缆、履带运输车轴承、避雷塔钢管等地面设施设备故障失效案例,论述了故障失效归于生产制造、环境条件、操作与维护、研发设计以及综合形成的老化等五种成因,综述了进行每类故障失效分析所采用的检测仪器与实验室分析等技术手段、分析过程及分析结果,最后,强调了故障失效分析对于预防失效、确保航天系统的质量与可靠性的作用.本文可为我国航天发射场地面设施设备的可靠性研究提供有利的参考.

Abstract:
With the increase of complexity in modern space system, more and more emphas~s was made on the failure analysis. By reviewing several failure cases of the infrastructures and equipment in the Kennedy Space Center, the typical features of failures were analyzed and a comprehensive study was conducted on the failure causes and analysis methods to be used. This may smwe as a reference for the reliability research on the infrastructures and equipment in our launch site.
