构件微动作用过程的有限元分析

摘    要:本文对某一构件的微动作用情况进行了有限元分析,比较了构件受力大小、摩擦系数、弹性模量、尺寸等参数对构件微动损伤的影响,验证了改变构件形状以减小微动部位损伤的可能性,并与文献中实验对照,证明结果是合理的。

Abstract:The mechanics of fretting fatigue was analyzed by finite element method in this paper.The result show how force,coefficient of friction,Young's modulus and dimension influence fretting wear by calculating stress field of contact region.It also shows that changing the shape of contact parts can reduce fretting wear.Some of results were proved by experiments in the literature.
