具有故障诊断功能的IEEE 1394b-PCI光纤接口卡的设计

摘    要:针对工控领域中对现场总线传输距离、抗电磁干扰性和总线带宽提出的更高要求,设计了一种具有故障诊断功能的IEEE 1394b-PCI光纤接口卡。利用此接口卡搭建光总线系统进行实验测试,并由实验得到工控机端光总线视频传输图及实验数据,从而证明接口卡能够满足实际的应用需求。同时,搭建的光总线系统能够实现故障定位,方便现场维护。

Abstract:Considering the higher requirements of field bus raised by industrial control domain in the respects of transmission distance, Electro-Magnetic Interference resistance and bus bandwidth, IEEE1394b-PCI fiber interface card with function of fault diagnosis was developed. The optical bus system was established based on the fiber interface card. From the experimental results of video transmission diagram of optical bus and analysis of experiment data, it can be concluded that the fiber interface card can meet the needs of practical applications. At the same time, the optical bus system can realize fault location and is easy for maintenance.
