摘    要:本文基于应力强度因子理论分析,给出了裂纹断裂和扩展程度的预测方法并导出了裂纹断裂临界尺寸公式;通过描述裂纹扩展速率的Paris公式,导出了裂纹扩展寿命计算公式,最后给出了某型直升机发动机部件裂纹扩展寿命估算的实例。

The Research on Crackle Propagation Life-Span of an Aero-Engine Components

Abstract:Based on the theory analysis of stress strength factor,a method distinguishing the degree of the crack and propagation is developed and the critical crack size formula is given.Through the analysis of the formulation Paris depicting the crack propagation rate,an equation of estimating the crack propagation life-span is brought out.An example using this way is given at the end of this essay.
