| 摘 要： | 针对ISAR受干扰前后目标图像的灰度分布在统计特性上的差异,提出了一种基于高阶统计量的干扰效果评估方法。借助于描述概率分布对称性和高斯性的斜度和峰度,将干扰效果评估问题转化为图像灰度分布特性的变化问题,同时,为了使评估结果具有归一化的特点,定义了斜度相似度和峰度相似度的概念,分别就射频噪声干扰和噪声调频干扰进行了干扰仿...
