双凸极永磁电机数字控制驱动系统的分析与实现

摘    要:揭示了采用斜槽转子结构的双凸极永磁电机独特的静态特性和运行原理,分析研究了新颖的控制策略和变P I参数转速调节与单极性电流滞环调节相结合的双闭环控制方案,阐述了DSP的数字实现方法,设计研制了9 kW,12/8极转子斜槽式双凸极永磁电机驱动系统。实验结果表明,转子斜槽结构电机与本文控制方案的结合有效改善了齿谐波效应,提高了电机出力及运行平稳度,具有结构简单、功率密度高、效率高、起动速度快和可控性好等优点。

Abstract:The static characteristics and basic operating principles for a novel skewed-rotor doubly salient permanent magnet(DSPM) motor are first given.Then,a novel control strategy and variable PI parameter speed control are adopted in the DSPM motor driver,combining with hysteretic-current single-chop control.The digital realization method is discussed on the base of DSP240.Based on the above analysis,a prototype of 9 kW 12/8-pole skewed-rotor DSPM motor driver is fulfilled.Experimental results reveal that the combination of the novel skewed-rotor structure of motor and the novel control strategy improves the performance of the motor driver and has many advantages of simple structure,high power density,high efficiency,short starting time,etc..The developed motor driver is used in aviation applications.
