摘    要:提出了一种新型三维碳,环氧编织复合材料等网格承力筒结构,旨在满足现代卫星结构趋于大型化和轻质化的须求。在建立有限元模型基础上,对该结构进行静力学性能和模态进行了分析,得到了该结构的固有频率和模态振型;为了解该结构抗屈曲性能,进一步研究了该结构的稳定性,给出屈曲系数和屈曲的极限位置。考虑到该结构工作环境的特殊性,对具有局部毁伤情况下的该结构进行了分析。计算结果表明,提出的新型三维编织复合材料等网格结构具有应力分布均匀,结构稳定,对局部毁伤不敏感等优点,对我国未来卫星承力平台的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In order to satisfy designing demand for satellite with large-scale and lightweight structure,a new type of 3D braided composite iso-lattice truss structure is proposed.The mechanical performance of structure is investigated by the Finite Element Method(FEM).The natural resonant frequency and mode of the structure are obtained by analyzing the FEM model.The buckling coefficient and loading are also obtained with the buckling analysis.Furthermore,considering service circumstance for the structure utilization,the mechanical performance of the including local part-damaged is also studied.Results indicate the proposed structure is a potential candidate owing to have advantages such as uniform stress distribution,stabilization as well as local part-damaged insensitivity,which reveal defined worthiness for the designing of future satellite.
