双马来酰亚胺树脂和环氧树脂复合材料在极端温度下的性能对比

摘    要:文章针对卫星复合材料天线在轨工作的高、低温温度环境,选择了玻璃化温度在220℃以上的双马来酰亚胺树脂和改性增韧环氧树脂作为新一代高模量碳纤维复合材料树脂的候选基体。在常温、极端低温-196℃和高温+150℃测试了两种树脂基体碳纤维复合材料的力学参数,包括弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、层问剪切强度和热膨胀系数等。同时,对统计测试结果进行了分析,对比了两种树脂在温度环境下的性能差异。最后根据强度差异、热膨胀性能差异和工艺过程的复杂性,选择了改性增韧环氧树脂5224作为新一代卫星天线产品碳纤维复合材料的树脂基体材料。

The Performance Contrast Between Bismaleimide Resin and Epoxy Resin in Critic Temperature Environment

Abstract:According the critic high and low temperature of satellite antenna, bismaleimide resin with glass transition temperature of 220℃ and advanced epoxy resin as new generation candidates for high module CFRP material resin are chosen. The mechanic performances in room temperature, lowest and highest temperature of these two resins have been tested for different CFRP materials including bending strength, bending elastic module, shear strength between layers and thermal expanding ratio, etc. The statistical results are analyzed and the differences of two resins in temperature environment are compared. Moreover, advanced epoxy resin 5224 is chosen as the new generation resin for satellite antenna products because of its higher strength, higher elastic module and related sim- ple manufacture processing.
