涡扇发动机放气起动分析与试验研究

摘    要:为进行涡扇发动机放气起动特性的研究,建立了发动机放气起动模型,并进行了仿真计算;为进一步验证放气对发动机起动的影响,进行了发动机放气起动试验,获得了发动机放气起动的特点,定性验证了仿真计算结果;通过多次调整起动供油规律的试验,得到了发动机起动供油边界。计算和试验结果表明:在发动机起动过程中放气可提高发动机的起动稳定性,同时发动机排气温度也有所提高,发动机放气起动供油边界高于不放气起动供油边界,放气起动提高了发动机起动稳定裕度。

Analysis and Experimental Study on Bleed Start of a Turbofan Engine

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of turbofan bleed starting, the model of engine bleed starting was established and simulation calculated. The experiment of engine bleed starting was conducted to validate the air bleeding effect on the engine starting, and the characteristics of engine bleed starting were obtained, and the simulated calculation results were qualitatively validated. The fuel supply boundary of the engine bleed starting was obtained by changing the starting fuel supply law many times. The results show that air bleeding during the engine starting could improve the engine starting stability and the engine exhaust temperature. The fuel supply boundary of the engine bleed starting is higher than deflation starting fuel boundary. The bleed starting method improved the engine starting stability margin.
