| 摘 要： | 近几年来，高校大学生中出现越来越多的问题，常常令人担忧，其中大学生人格方面尤为突出，已成为高校大学生教育的难点。本文通过凋研和评析大学生人格现状，探讨出人格培育及养成的主要途径为：关爱学生主体，教师人格影响，社会实践锤炼，规范行为养成。

| Abstract: | In recently years,there are more and more problems of university student worried us.Personality aspect is especially prominent which has become the difficulty of university student ideal education.Through investigation and evaluation of the present situation of university student personality,this article discusses the main methods which are concerning the student personality cultivation and growing,the impressing of teacher personality,the training of social practice,the forming of normal behavior. |
