基于网络的机械手控制技术

摘    要:在研究了大量有关远程手术和机械手控制的实例的基础之上,利用微软的Visual C++ 6.0和欧姆龙的PLC,完成了基于网络的机械手控制系统的设计与实现.在硬件方面,介绍了如何利用PLC来控制该4自由度机械手的各种动作;在软件方面,介绍了如何利用VC++中的类CAsyncSocket来编写基于TCP/IP协议的网络通信程序,实现了控制命令的网络传输.

Abstract:On the base of a lot of research of the examples of remote surgery and manipulator control,the design and realization of the system of manipulator control based on network has been finished with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and OMRON PLC.In the aspect of the hardware,how to control all kinds of actions of manipulator with 4 DOF by using PLC was introduced.In the way of the software,how to write the program of network communication control by making use of the class of VC++ CAsyncSocket,which were programmed base on the protocol of TCP/IP and can implement transmitting control command through the local area network,was introduced.
