摘    要:机械品质因数是石英玻璃关键的力学性能指标之一,反映了材料在振动过程中机械能量损耗的大小,直接影响着器件或系统的灵敏度和精度。对国内外石英玻璃机械品质因数的研究现状进行了综述,从计算、检测、影响因素和处理工艺等方面进行了介绍与分析,阐述了石英玻璃机械品质因数的特性,并对其未来研究方向做出了展望。

Abstract:Mechanical quality factor is one of the key mechanical performance indexes of silica glass, which reflects the mechanical energy loss of materials in the process of vibration, and directly affects the sensitivity and accuracy of device or system. In this paper, the research status of silica glass mechanical quality factor at home and abroad are introduced and analyzed from the aspects of calculation, measurement, influencing factor and processing technology. Characteristics of silica glass mechanical quality factor are explained, and future research directions are prospected.
