某微型涡喷发动机总体结构设计

摘    要:介绍了一种245 N推力微型涡轮喷气发动机结构设计的方法和过程.分别介绍了转子系统、燃烧室、润滑冷却系统的设计过程以及试车中遇到的结构问题和解决方法.设计采用有限元与实验结合的方法,结果表明该发动机满足设计要求.该设计经验为微型涡喷发动机系列化设计提供参考依据.

Abstract:The work is referred to the general-structural design method and process of a micro turbojet engine with thrust of 245N.The main subsystems design were introduced respectively including rotor system,flame chamber and lubrication-cooling system,plus the structural problems and corresponding solving methods met in ground operation.The design process was achieved by combing finite element method(FEM) and experiments,and the experimental results indicated that this engine satisfied the design requirements.These design experiences are valuable references for series design of micro turbojet engines.
