摘    要:针对企业新开发产品JZH25型均质机曲轴断裂问题,本文用ANSYS软件进行了有限元计算分析和疲劳强度校核,查明了曲轴断裂的原因并提出了提高曲轴疲劳强度的措施.

Abstract:Analysis on crankshaft of JZH25 Homogenizer using 3-D FEA by software ANSYS is presented in allusion to the fracture of the crankshaft. The fatigue safe coefficient of the crankshaft is tested and the cause of the fracture is found. In addition, the case of improving the crankshaft strength is also presented.
