航空发动机多状态寿命控制策略与仿真研究

摘    要:航空发动机寿命控制是航空装备维修保障工作的重要内容,针对当前航空发动机状态寿命多、使用控制策略单一、状态寿命消耗浪费严重等问题,利用多目标决策模型,分别考虑多种状态寿命消耗约束,提出基于航空发动机多状态寿命的控制策略;在利用Simio 3D 构建发动机使用流程仿真模型的基础上,将所提寿命控制策略进行注入,验证所提策略的合理性和可行性。研究结果能够为航空装备使用单位和维修人员制定发动机寿命控制策略提供技术支持和方法参考。

Abstract:Life control of aero-engine is an important part of quality management of aviation maintenance. To solve problems, such as existing multiple state life, single using strategy and serious state life consumption, a multi-state life control model of aero-engine was developed by using multi-objective decision-making model and considering various state life consumption constraints respectively. Combined with the proposed life control strategy injection method based on engine service process simulation, the rationality and feasibility of the proposed model and method are verified. The research results can provide technical support and method reference for the development of engine life control strategy for aviation equipment users and maintenance staff.
