阵列涡流传感器互感信息三维有限元仿真

摘    要:阵列涡流传感器能够实现导电材料的大面积高速扫描。通过测量线圈间的互感,可获取更多的缺陷信息。利用ANSYS有限元软件对同一深度不同长度的裂纹进行三维仿真,得到了相应的阵列涡流线圈感应电动势幅值和相位变化曲线。仿真结果表明探头线圈间的互感可提供裂纹大小和位置等有用信息。

Abstract:Array eddy current sensor has the advantage of high speed scanning to wide area of conductive materials. More defect information can be obtained by measuring the mutual inductance between eddy current sensor array. Cracks with the same depth and different lengths are studied with 3-D finite element method based on ANSYS, and the induced potential amplitude and phase variation of each coil are acquired corresponding to the cracks. The simulation results show that the mutual inductance between eddy current sensor array can provide some useful information about the sizes and positions of the cracks.
