摘    要:在海洋环境下,潮湿空气进入射频电连接器内部,导致内部积水,形成薄液膜,造成导体接触面腐蚀,影响信号和功率传输。以飞机上广泛使用的某型射频电连接器为研究对象,在分析内导体空隙内薄液膜发展过程的基础上,建立有限元模型,通过对比薄液膜在内导体空隙内发展的各个阶段的插入损耗和电压驻波比,全过程分析薄液膜变化以及由其产生的腐蚀膜层对射频电连接器信号传输的影响。通过仿真分析可以发现,随着薄液膜在射频连接器内部的发展,其传输性能逐渐恶化,给信号传输带来不良影响,故须做好腐蚀防护工作。

Abstract:In the marine environment, humid air enters the interior of the RF electrical connector, resulting in water accumu.lation inside it, forming a thin liquid film, causing corrosion of the conductor contact surface and affecting signal and powertransmission. Based on the analysis of the development process of the thin liquid film in the inner conductor gap, the finiteelement model is established. By comparing the insertion loss and voltage standing wave ratio in each stage of the develop.ment of the thin liquid film in the inner conductor gap, the effect of the change of the thin liquid film and the corrosion filmon the signal transmission of the RF electrical connector is analysed in the whole process. Through the simulation analysis,it can be found that with the development of the thin liquid film in the RF connector, its transmission performance graduallydeteriorates, which has an adverse effect on the signal transmission. Therefore, corrosion protection should be done.
