航空发动机整机振动中的不平衡-不对中-碰摩耦合故障研究

摘    要:针对航空发动机整机振动分析,建立了含不平衡-不对中-碰摩耦合故障的转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型.在耦合模型中,考虑了机匣运动,同时,充分考虑了滚动轴承问隙、非线性赫兹接触以及变柔性VC(varying compliance)等非线性因素;在耦合故障中,建立了不平衡、不对中和碰摩故障模型.运用数值积分方法获取了系统响应,研究耦合故障特征和规律.仿真计算分析表明了该模型的正确有效性.

Abstract:A new rotor-ball bearing-stator coupling system,including imbalance-misalignment-rubbing coupling fault,was established for aero-engine vibration.In the coupling system,the stator motion was considered,and the nonlinear factors of ball bearing such as the clearance,nonlinear Hertzian contact,and the varying compliance(VC),were fully taken into account;in the process of fault coupling,the imbalance,the misalignment and the rubbing faults were modeled respectively.The numerical integral method was used to obtain system's responses,and the characteristics about the coupling faults were analyzed.The simulation results indicate the correctness and effectiveness of the new model.
