单电流脉冲作用下的碳纤维石墨化

摘    要:用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等技术研究了PAN基碳纤维在单电流脉冲作用下的结构变化。结果表明,在ms量级的单电流脉冲作用下,难石墨化的PAN基碳纤维中的碳的乱层结构可转变成石墨结构,石墨化度为0.484.分析认为,用外场作用下的非晶态结构弛豫理论可以解释这种难石墨化碳的非平衡石墨化过程。

Abstract:The structural change of PAN based carbon fibre by an electric current pulse was studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the tubostratic structure of non graphitizing carbon in the PAN based carbon fibre can be transformed into graphited structure by a millisecond pulse electric current. The degree of graphitization is 0.484. This non equilibrium graphitization of the PAN based carbon fibre induced by an electric current pulse may be explained with the theory of structure relaxation under the external force.
