摘    要:为实现战术固体火箭发动机绝热层/推进剂界面分离型脱粘的检测,针对超声谐振法进行了理论分析与检测试验,通过对试验结果的分析,确证了采用该方法能够实现绝热层/推进剂界面分离型脱粘的检测,并对这一方法中影响检测结果的因素进行了讨论,提出了完善检测方法的建议。

Abstract:To realize the testing of insulation/propellant interface debonding of solid rocket engine, the principle analysis and correlative experiment of ultrasonic resonance testing method are given in this paper. By the analysis of the testing results, it is proved that the method can be used for testing of insulation/propellant separation debonding, and the factors that affect the testing results are also discussed. The more advices to improve the testing are given.
