摘    要:环境应力筛选方法已经在航空电子行业得到了广泛应用,为剔除产品早期故障保证产品可靠性发挥了重大作用。随着电子技术的发展,环境应力筛选面临着新的挑战,需要进一步增强筛选效能。本文对筛选的组成应力机理进行了分析,提出了进一步优化改进的方法。该方法的实现相对简单经济,同时能够有效增强筛选效果。

Abstract:Environmental Stress Screening ( ESS ) has been widely used in avionics industry. ESS plays a key role in ensuring the reliability of products by reducing the number of infant mortality types of failures. With the development of the electronic industry, ESS is facing new challenges, so improvement should be made to enhance the ESS effectiveness. The paper presents the ESS stress mechanism and the way to improve ESS process to achieve higher reliability.
