摘    要:采用混合熔融盐法成功地合成了以PAN基高模量碳纤维作宿主,FeCl3作插层剂的石墨层间化合物,采用XRD技术对其层间结构进行了表征。结果表明,所得产物内部已经形成混阶的阶结构。通过SEM和TEM观察了其形貌和结构的变化,同时利用EDS测定了各元素的相对含量。

Abstract:PAN based carbon fibers intercalated with FeCl 3 are synthesized by mixed molten salt method. The intercalated layer structure of samples is investigated by X ray diffraction (XRD).Experimental results show that stage structures have been formed in the products.The appearance and structure of graphite intercalation compounds (GIC) are observed by SEM and TEM,and the relative contents of elements are measured by X ray energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS).
