摘    要:利用钛材具有的焊接性能,对厚度为ζ1.0mm的钛板进行对焊.通过控制焊接电流、电弧电压及焊接速度,同时进行一定的热处理,经85%以上的加工率轧制后,生产出厚度为踟ζ0.15mm,单重≥60kg.长度≥50m的钛带,且焊缝组织和性能满足用户要求.

Influence of Titanium Strip Butt Welding Quality on Microstrueture and Properties for Finished Products
Abstract:By using of the welding performance of titanium materials,the titanium plates titanium plates of 1.0mm thickness is being butt welded.By controlling the welding current,arc voltage and welding speed,and carrying out a certain degree of heat-treatment, rolled under the processing rate of more than 85%,and the titanium strips with the thickness of 0.15mm,single weight not less than 60kg,length not less than 50m are produced.Moreover,the welding structure and performance satisfy the requirements of the user.
