| 摘 要： | 多品种小批量是适应当今市场需求的生产方式，由于顾客需求的多性性和层次性，以及市场竞争的日益激烈，能灵活适应市场需求、便于更新换代的多品种小批量柔性高效生产方式已成为提高生产率和增加企业竞争能力所追求的一种生产形态主流。本文阐述了多品种小批量的生产技术，生产组织的柔性。

| Abstract: | Because the demand of customer varies in structure and level and the market competition is more and more intense,a production mode of multi-product and small-batch which not only flexibly suit to market demand, but also make replace and substitute of products easily, has become more safisfiable for market demand.Nowaday,this production mode has become principal aspects of production to raise productivity and strengthen competitive power of enterprises.This paper discusses flexibility of production technology and organization about this production mode. |
