| 摘 要： | 以河南省的127个县为研究的区域单元，以计量统计分析为基础。定性、定量描述了自1992年到2002年的县际经济差异，分析了县际经济差异格局特点，探讨了县际经济差异的时间动态变化特征，预测了未来发展阶段的县际经济发展趋势，讨论了人均GDP增长率与县际经济差异的关系。认为未来河南省县际经济绝对差异有扩大趋势，而相对差异有缩小趋势。不平衡的扩大势必引起许多政治、经济及社会方面的问题。因此，对河南省未来一段时期的人均收入不平衡进行调控很有意义。在以上分析的基础上提出了重视经济发展效率，优化区域经济空间结构，加强政府调控，建立合作发展、利益共享的联动机制，引导产业转移等调控河南省县际经济差异的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the statistical analysis of regional economy development,especially in county level,with 127 county of Henan province,this article discusses quantitatively and qualitatively the characteristics of dynamic variation and the spatial pattern of regional economic differences and relationship between growth rato of gdp per capital and economic differences from 1992 to 2002.On the basis of above studies,politic suggestions to adjust and control this economic divergence is put forward. |
