气冷气动雾化喷油杆冷却性能实验

摘    要:为了能达到喷油装置在高进气温度环境下工作的要求,在加力试验台上针对三种不同结构的加力用气冷气动雾化喷油杆进行了冷却性能的实验研究,并应用传热学理论进行了经验公式的总结。试验结果证明,偏心喷油杆的冷却性能最佳,短套管结构质量最轻并在较大冷却气流量条件下可以正常工作。同时对不同冷却条件下的试验结果进行分析,建立双层管道夹层内湍流对流换热的经验关系式,并说明喷油杆应用于未来高进气温度加力燃烧室的前景。

Abstract:In order to make the fuel injector work in high temperature environment,experiments were conducted to study the cooling effects for three structures of air cooling atomizing fuel injector bars developed for afterburner.The experimental results show that the best cooling effect can be achieved with eccentricity configuration,and the short cover configuration has the smallest weight and a normal cooling effect.At the same time,an experience-formula about the turbulent flow in annular tube was conducted based on the experimental data.
