| 摘 要： | 为了在不改变原有网络结构的情况下,将现场总线控制系统改造为以太网分布式控制系统,作者研发了基于ARM体系结构的LPC2292嵌入式微控制器和RTL8019AS以太网控制器的低成本嵌入式Ethernet-CAN转换器。LPC2292采用嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈通过RTL8019AS与以太网中的设备进行通信,利用LPC2292集成的CAN控制器与CAN总线上的终端进行通信。在通信过程中,LPC2292进行TCP/IP协议和CAN协议之间的转换,该转换器很好地完成了两种网络之间的协议转换和数据通信。

| Abstract: | To transform control system based on fieldbus to distributed control system based on Ethernet without changing the current network architecture,a low-cost embedded Ethernet-CAN converter is designed.The converter is studied based on an ARM architecture microcontroller LPC2292 and an Ethernet controller RTL8019AS.Embedded TCP/IP protocol is used to implement the communication between LPC2292 and devices in Ethernet through RTL8019AS.It can communicate the computer network based on TCP/IP protocol with the field network based on the CAN bus protocol.Experimental results show that the device can complete the communication among nodes in the fieldbus and transmit data between fieldbus and Ethernet. |
