飞机大型蒙皮制造技术现状分析

大型蒙皮是大型飞机的外表主要大型薄壁零件,飞机大型蒙皮制造是大型飞机制造的关键技术之一。重点介绍了喷丸成形和蠕变时效成形两种大型蒙皮制造技术的特点、国内外发展现状以及其中的关键技术。为了提高我国大型蒙皮技术制造水平,必须加大设备和关键技术方面的投入,同时也要对激光钣金技术予以必要的关注。

State analysis of airplane big skin manufacture technology

Big skin is the main thin wall part outside the massive airplane.The big skin manufacture technology is one of the key manufacturing technology for big airplane.This paper reviews present situation of the main manufacturing methods for big skin,mainly on shot peen forming and creep-age forming.The maximal size can be more than 10 meter long in shot peen forming,and the maximal autoclave used in creep-age forming is more than 40 meter long in the world.The equipments used in shot peen forming and creep-age forming are the most important technology for airplane manufacture factories.The process study of shot peen forming and creep-age forming is also important.The equipments,hardware condition and process research need enhanced.In order to settle down the problem of big skin forming,laser forming technology of sheet metal should be given much attention,and related technology should be researched and developed.
