压电激励谐振筒压力传感器的振型研究

摘    要:本文对用压电陶瓷元件作为激、拾振源的谐振筒压力传感器如何选择陶瓷片的位置,才能保证传感器在要求的量程内达到振型稳定,作了详细的分析论证。又从理论上论证了双模态测量原理的可行性。

Abstract:This paper analyses and discusses a method of determining the positions of ceramics components in order to guarantee vibrating mode stable in working pressure range of the resonant cylinder pressure transducer,excited and detected by piezoelectric component.It is also proved that the measure principle using double mode is feasible theoretically.
