发动机试车气路故障诊断系统的设计与应用

摘    要:以发动机整机试验数据为研究对象,建立了一套发动机试车气路故障诊断系统.首先阐述了该系统的设计功能和总体流程逻辑;使用故障模式法和调整模式法建立了气路部件故障诊断和优化调整模块;然后以一个双轴分排涡扇发动机为例,针对气路部件故障诊断和优化调整给出了考虑噪声的数值试验分析.最后就该系统的发展进行了讨论.

Abstract:A gas path fault diagnosis system was established with the whole engine test data for the study.The system functions and the implementation flow chart were described.The fault diagnosis and optimal adjustment module was established using failure mode and adjustment model.And then taking a dual-shaft turbofan engine as an example,numerical experiments were conducted for noise and results analysis.Finally,the development of the system was discussed.
