基于TPS的航空火控装备板卡测试系统设计

摘    要:针对航空火控装备三级修理难度大的情况,提出了基于测试程序集(TPS)技术的航空火控装备板卡测试系统设计方法。根据被测装备LRU和PCB的特点和种类,确立了以板卡测试为主,辅以其他方法的测试方案,并给出了测试系统硬件设计和软件设计思路。系统对降低维修费用、提高装备的完好率具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Against the extremely difficulty of three- level repairing structure, the paper submit a method in aeronautical fire control equipment's board testing system based on TPS. According to the characteristic and type of LRU and PCB in the tested equipments, established the testing scheme which mainly on func- tion testing, assisted other ways, and provided a testing system mentality in software design and hardware design. The board testing system of aeronautical fire control equipment is valuable to reduce repairing cost.increase intact percentage.
