| 摘 要： | 与公办大学学生相比，我国民办高校学生一直游离于社会医疗保障体系之外，致使这部分学生在生病就医时往往显得“低人一等”，几乎需要承担全部的医疗费用。针对这种状况，我国必须加快改革现有的大学生公费医疗制度，努力构建新型大学生医疗保险体系，从而为民办高校学生的成才创造良好的环境。

| Abstract: | Compared with those in state-owned higher education institution,the students in private-ownered colleges are excluded from social medical guarantee system in our country.Being inferior to others,they must burden all medical expenditure when they are taken ill.The government must reform the undergraduate medical guarantee system and make great efforts to rebuild a new system in order to create a fine circumstance for private-owned colleges which are important force to build socialism harmonious society. |
