运七飞机外表面沟纹膜减阻的实验研究

摘    要:在1:12运七原型全金属模型具有湍流流动的表面上粘贴沟纹膜,研究了沟纹膜对飞机阻力的影响。实验表明,顺流向沟纹膜粘贴在飞机具有湍流的表面上,可以减少飞机阻力5%~8%。

Abstract:An experimental research of drag reduction using riblets for the Y-7 airplane was conducted in the FL-8 wind tunnel of 627 Institute. Special designed riblet films were applied to the part of wing and tail of the Y-7 airplane model covered with turbulent boundary layer flow.The experiment model which is metallic and 1/12 original Y-7 airplane was provided by Xian Aircraft Company. The experiment results show that about 5%-8% drag reduction can be obtained by using riblets.
