摘    要:快速成型技术(Rapid Prototyping)是近年来发展起来的新型高科技技术,在几何图表快速实体化及复杂零部件制造等方面具有无可比拟的优势。激光选区烧结(Selective Laser Sintering)作为快速成型技术的重要组成部分,其成型材料在激光选区烧结工艺中占有至关重要的位置,本文在考虑激光选区烧结成型材料性能要求的前提下,研制了一台SLS粉末包覆设备,并对设备参数的调节及相关问题进行了分析与讨论。

Abstract:As a new type of advanced technology,rapid prototyping (RP) has been gradually deveolping in recent years.It takes many incomparable advantages in the rapid geometric substantiation,the manufacturing of complex components and so on.Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an important part of RP technology and its forming materials take a crucial role in the technology of selective laser sintering.Considering the attributes of forming materials for SLS,a set of powder-coated equipment for SLS is manufactured and introduced in the paper.Meanwhile,the regulation of equipment parameters and other problems involved are analyzed and discussed.
