高速CO2焊接过程稳定性分析

摘    要:
利用汉诺威焊接质量分析仪,检测CO2焊短路过渡过程的电参数信号,研究高速焊接情况下燃弧时间与短路过渡周期的变化规律,分析了高速CO2焊接过程中短路过渡各个电参数对焊接过程稳定性的影响。对短路与燃弧阶段的电流、电压波形进行分析,认为波形控制可以有效改善焊接过程的稳定性。

Abstract:
The electrical parameters of the short circuit transfer process in CO2 arc welding were measured by means of welding quality analyzer of Hannover.The regular of the arc-time and short-circuiting transfer cycle time was investigated under the high speed welding.The influence of the short-circuit transfer parameters on the welding process stability in high speed CO2 welding were analyzed.Through research of current and voltage waveforms in short-circuit period and arc period,the results show that the current waveform control is an effective method to improve stability of welding process.
