Speeding up the Development of New Products and Tapping the Internal Potenticalites of an Enterprise

In this article, author has summarized the successful experience in making a good circulation for the enter- prise reproduction on the basis of its internal conditions to assure the continuous development for civil pro- ducts and to achieve a good economic efficiency duing transforming military production into civil production. They are as follows: (1)attaching importance to technical progress in speeding up the development of new pro- ducts; (2)organizing the transer of talent sources; (3)firmly grasping the technial reform and enhancing the reserve strength for enterprise development; (4)especially paying more attention to modern scientific management methods formed in military production such as TQC and applying these methhods to producing civil products with good quality.
