摘    要:分析了航天复合材料压力容器技术指标特点。提出了容器金属内衬、增强纤维和树脂基体的选材要求。讨论了金属内衬全金属承压区、薄膜区、封头过渡区、封头/筒体界面、焊接区的结构设计方法,以及圆柱形、球形、近球形、椭球形、环形、锥形容器纤维缠绕复合材料壳体结构特点。简述了结构设计算法,以及包括疲劳寿命、应力断裂寿命、爆破前先泄漏(LBB)安全失效模式等容器安全设计的分析和试验方法。

Abstract:The specification features of aerospace composite overwrapped pressure vessel were analyzed in this paper. The material selection requirement of metal liner, reinforced fiber and resin system for vessel was proposed. The structure design methods for metal pressure bearing region, membrane region, head transition region, interface between head and cylinder, weld region were described. The fiber overwrapped structure characteristics of cylinder, sphere, near-sphere, ellipse, toroidal and conical shape were discussed. The structure design method was introduced. The analysis and test of fatigue life, stress rupture life and leak before burst (LBB) mode were presented.
